WORST CONCERT I'VE EVER ATTENDED.
I attend 20+ concerts a year and was extremely thrilled to experience the ABBA Concert live with Augustana. Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen work situation, we missed Augustana. Friends who were there said they were good. Dashboard Confessional, who I am a HUGE fan of, was incredibly disappointing. Some of my favorite songs were nearly unrecognizable. The mix from our seats was terrible, with every instrument seemingly at the same level, creating a muddy, awful sound. This included the vocals, which were only heard for about half of the set. We wisely decided to go grab drinks and use the restroom to escape the terrible noise. I have never been a big Third Eye Blind fan, and we only attended for Dashboard Confession. They were not as bad as Dashboard, but I still did not enjoy their set. We made the wise decision to leave early. In summary, this concert ranks in the top 5 worst I've spent money on. I regret supporting these bands and would never recommend this event. The only way I would be okay with it is if Ticketmaster refunded me the full amount.
